Do you accept insurance?

The only insurance that I accept is Aetna, United Healthcare, Oscar and Oxford. For any other insurance, you can provide a superbill to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

What if you don’t accept my insurance but I still want to work with you?

You would be considered a private pay client. My private pay rate is $175 for a 50-minute session.

Do you offer in person sessions?

I only offer virtual sessions to Texas residents.

How long are therapy sessions?

1:1 session are 50 minutes long.

When am I charged for sessions?

You will be charged for sessions after our session is complete.

How often do we have sessions?

It is typically best to start with weekly sessions; however, you have a choice to do weekly or bi-weekly sessions.

Do you work evenings or weekends?

I work Monday through Friday and offer morning, afternoon and early evening appointments. I do not offer evening or weekend appointments.
